The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions, act proactively to resolve issues and seek opportunities for improvement
- High integrity and high responsibility for doing the projects
· Min. 2years exp in KOL Project Coordinator area
· Proficient in English
· Good communication and coordinating skills
· Focus on detail and a good organizer
· Able to work with a team
· Quality as a priority in every working process
